Partner Sessions

The full customized experience with workout sessions with me, 1-5x per week. Results tracking with goals for 3,6 or 12 months. These workouts are designed for both partners to move together and share the fitness journey as a consistent pair. This is ideal for spouses, significant others, family and friends.The cost per person is significantly lower than individual sessions.

Small Group Sessions

For 3-6 individuals with similar goals and abilities. This is ideal for friend groups, family members and coworkers.These workouts are designed for everyone to move together and share the fitness journey as a consistent group. The benefit of group workouts is social enjoyment and community building with your fellow participants. Sharing the cost of these consistent workouts is a great value for many people. 1-5x per week.

Classes/Corporate Classes

7 or more individuals can register and pay for a series of classes to attend during a set period of time. This is ideal for coworkers and team building activities. The classes are designed to meet the needs of every participant and all skill levels. Most importantly, they are safe, effective and fun for everyone! These classes are the most affordable service offering available.

Fitness and Yoga Pricing/Package

Prepaid in Full Packages

3,6, or 12 month package purchase that is paid in full will receive discounts on price per session.

Monthly-to-Month Billing Package

1-5 sessions per week, with monthly billing for agreed upon format, frequency and price per session.

Once-a-Month Progression and Maintenance Package

For the cost of one individual session per month, new clients receive a meeting for a full fitness consultation to set goals, do movement assessments and results tracking. During this meet, everyone does a same-day full workout, and receives a follow up email/text with their full month workout program. Every month there is another monthly visit with me, to do results tracking, celebrate successes, workout and then receive the next month’s progression or maintenance workouts. This package includes weekly text message check-ins. This package is an amazing value at the lowest price point for individuals.
